The book is amazing! I was very frustrated when I queried if the book would arrive before Christmas, it was reported there was a printing error, and it would not arrive in time, despite having started the process in early November. No one reached out to me, I had to keep checking the USPS tracking for information. In the meantime, I received someone else’s book! That said, the seller is very responsive and was apologetic for the delay. I did try to tweak some of the facial features, but I don’t feel there is much a flexibility on their end to do that sort of thing. Even still, my grandson was a super happy being able to read his name and I was able to add in specific phrases to make the book even more specialized. I would still definitely recommend!
