Had a little problem with the printing facility but Elsie did everything within her power to get the book done to my satisfaction and received in time for Christmas. Both were accomplished. The book is adorable and would highly recommend it.

The book was as expected, my granddaughter is sure to love it. However, production issues caused delays. Seller responded when I asked for status and said I should see tracking updates. Never was able to see tracking updates and I was unsure if it would arrive in time. Happy to see it unexpectedly arrive when it did prior to Christmas.
